1

Spend less time cooking and make dinner work around you.

Before you begin, get all your ingredients and equipment ready

Skim through these steps, then wash your fruit and veg

You can only heat your food once, then enjoy straight away

Note: Microwave ovens vary. Make sure you heat food thoroughly (even if it takes you a little longer than 10 min)

Step 1
2

Now, let's get started!

Boil a full kettle

Add your fine egg noodles to a large heatproof bowl, cover them with boiled water and stir for 10 secs to separate the noodles

Set aside to soak for 4 min or until softened

Step 2
3

Meanwhile, trim, then slice your spring onion[s] finely, separating the white parts from the green parts

Step 3
4

Add your sriracha (can't handle the heat? Go easy!), soy sauce and toasted sesame oil to a separate large heatproof bowl

Add 100ml [150ml] [200ml] boiled water and stir it all together – this is your sriracha noodle sauce

Step 4
5

Add your cooked prawns and carrot & cabbage slaw mix to the bowl with the sriracha noodle sauce and give everything a good mix up

Put the bowl in the microwave for 2-3 min or until piping hot throughout

Reboil half a kettle

Step 5
6

Drain the soaked noodles and add to the bowl with the warmed prawns and slaw mix

Add the spring onion whites and give everything a good mix up – these are your prawn noodles

Step 6
7

Dissolve your pho broth paste in 200ml [300ml] [400ml] boiled water – this is your fragrant broth

Step 7
8

Serve your prawn noodles and pour over the fragrant broth

Garnish with the sliced spring onion greens

Enjoy!
