Italian-Inspired Picky Tea
It's picky season. Throw together this picnic-ready board with prosciutto, pepperoni, creamy mozzarella and a fresh caprese salad. Scoop it all up with toasted ciabatta and dig in.

Now, let's get started!
Chop half your cherry tomatoes in half
Keep the remaining cherry tomatoes whole

Drain your mozzarella, then pat and squeeze as much liquid out as you can with kitchen paper
Tear the drained mozzarella into rough, bite-sized pieces

Combine the halved cherry tomatoes and half the torn mozzarella (you'll use the rest later!) in a small bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and a generous grind of black pepper – this is your caprese salad

Slice your ciabatta[s] in half

Place the halved ciabatta in the toaster for 1-2 min or until warmed through

Wash your salad then pat dry with kitchen paper

Add your traditional Italian pesto to a small bowl and place in the centre of a board
Arrange your sliced prosciutto, pepperoni, salad, whole cherry tomatoes and remaining mozzarella around it
Serve the caprese salad and toasted ciabatta on the side
Dig in!
