Cooking instructions

Instructions for 2 [for 3] [for 4] portion recipe.

1

Spend less time cooking and make dinner work around you.

Before you begin, get all your ingredients and equipment ready

Skim through these steps, then wash your fruit and veg

You can only heat your food once, then enjoy straight away

Note: Microwave ovens vary. Make sure you heat food thoroughly (even if it takes you a little longer than 10 min)

Step 1
2

Now, let's get started!

Peel and finely chop (or grate) your garlic

Grate half your cucumber (you'll use the rest later!)

Squeeze any excess water out of the grated cucumber, then cut the remaining cucumber into quarters lengthways, then slice finely

Added chicken? Cook at 220°C / 200°C (fan) / gas 7 for 18-20 min

Step 2
3

Combine the grated cucumber with your natural yoghurt, chopped garlic (not a fan of raw garlic? Just use a little!) and half your smoked sea salt flakes (save the rest for a garnish!)

Add a generous pinch of salt and pepper and give everything a good mix up – this is your tzatziki

Step 3
4

Combine your carrot & cabbage slaw mix with your mayo, sriracha (can't handle the heat? Go easy!) and white wine vinegar in a large bowl with a generous pinch of salt and pepper – this is your spicy slaw

Step 4
5

Add your pitta[s] to a toaster for 1-2 min or until toasted

Once toasted, slice the toasted pitta into strips

Step 5
6

Add your falafels to a plate and put it in the microwave for 1-2 min or until warmed

Step 6
7

Crumble your feta

Step 7
8

Serve the tzatziki, spicy slaw, sliced cucumbers and falafel with the pitta strips to the side

Top everything with remaining smoked sea salt flakes and crumbled feta

Enjoy!
