10-Min Chicken & Butter Bean Stew
Transport your table to the warm coastlines of the Mediterranean with this rich stew, filled with juicy British chicken, sun-dried tomatoes and creamy butter beans. Delicious!

Get all your ingredients and equipment ready

Note: Equipment and pan sizes vary. Make sure you cook food thoroughly (even if it takes you a little longer than 10 mins)

Now, let's get started!
Boil half a [whole] kettle
Heat a large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick with a matching lid) with a drizzle of vegetable oil over a medium heat
Meanwhile, dissolve 1/2 [1] Knorr chicken stock cube in 200ml [400ml] boiled water in a heatproof bowl

Add the couscous to the stock, stir, cover and set aside

Once the pan is hot, add the diced chicken with the sun-dried tomato paste and roasted garlic paste and cook for 2-3 min

Meanwhile, drain and rinse the butter beans
Add the tomato frito and soy sauce to the pan and cook for 30 sec

Add the drained butter beans and spinach with a splash of boiled water and cook, covered, for 3-4 min further or until the chicken is cooked through (no pink meat!) - this is your chicken & butterbean stew

Meanwhile, fluff up your couscous with a fork and add a generous drizzle of olive oil

Serve the chicken & butter bean stew over the fluffy couscous
