Preheat the oven to 200°C/ 180°C (fan)/ gas 6

Cut your pepperoni into 5 triangles per person

Reserve the pepperoni trimmings

Step 1
2.

Add your tomato paste to a bowl with a little pinch of salt and 1 tsp [1 1/2 tsp] [2 tsp] sugar

Add 4 tbsp [6 tbsp] [8 tbsp] cold water and stir it all together – this is your tomato base

Step 2
3.

Drain your mozzarella, then pat and squeeze as much liquid out as you can with kitchen paper then thinly slice the drained mozzarella

Add your halloumi fries to a baking tray and put in the oven for 17 min or until golden and crisp

Step 3
4.

Spread the tomato base evenly over your pizza base[s] with the back of a spoon then add the pepperoni trimmings on top (set aside 2 trimming pieces per person!)

Top the pizza[s] with the sliced mozzarella

Tip: Try to get an even coverage of mozzarella all over so your pepperoni face stands out!

Step 4
5.

Add the pepperoni triangles on top in a face shape with 2 triangles as eyes and 3 as a mouth

Add your pizza[s] to a baking paper lined-baking tray

Tip: Cooking for 2 or more? Make sure the pizza doesn't overlap on the tray[s] to avoid raw dough!

Put the tray[s] in the oven for 12-14 min or until the cheese has melted and the base is crisp

Step 5
6.

Chop your tomato[es] into wedges

Step 6
7.

Wash your salad, then pat dry with kitchen paper

Tip: If you want to make a 'stalk' for your pizza, set aside 1 lettuce leaf per person

Step 7
8.

Once the pizza is cooked, add the lettuce stalk to the top – this is your spooky jack-o-lantern pepperoni pizza

Serve the balsamic salad, halloumi fries and your ketchup to the side

Enjoy!
