Smoky Basa Stew With Lemon And Crusty Ciabatta

Sometimes a steaming bowl of fish stew with crusty ciabatta is just what the doctor ordered. For some green goodness, add kale to your herby cream sauce, then garnish with lemon and dill. All Health Hub recipes meet one of these criteria: <600 calories, 3 of your 5/day, or a source of protein.
