Slice your ciabatta[s] in half and place in the toaster for 2-3 min or until golden and toasted

Drain your mozzarella and slice it finely

Spread your smashed avocado over the warmed ciabatta base[s]

Top with the sliced mozzarella

Top with your sliced prosciutto

Dollop your sweet pepper relish onto the loaded base
