One Pot Peri Peri King Prawn & Pea Tortiglioni
Peri peri prawns meet their match in tomato tortiglioni in this one pot masterpiece. You'll mix spicy, marinated prawns into creamy tomato and pea pasta for a maximum flavour dinner with minimal washing up.

Boil a kettle
Peel your garlic

Heat a pot (with a matching lid) over a medium heat with a knob of butter and a drizzle of olive oil

Once melted, drain, then add your king prawns to the pot with your peri peri spice mix and cook for 4-5 min or until the prawns are cooked through
While the prawns are cooking, grate the peeled garlic into the pot and give everything a good mix up

Once the prawns are cooked through, transfer them to a plate for later and reserve the pot and the remaining peri peri sauce – these are your peri peri prawns
Return the reserved pot to a low heat, then add your tomato paste with a pinch of salt and pepper and give it a good mix up

Add your vegetable stock mix and 500ml [750ml] [1L] boiled water with your tortiglioni
Bring to the boil over a high heat

Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and cook, covered, for 11-14 min, or until the pasta is cooked with a slight bite
Tip: Stir occasionally to stop it from sticking!

Once the pasta is cooked, add the peri peri prawns to the pot with your soft cheese and blanched peas
Give everything a good mix up and cook for a final 1 min or until warmed through – this is your one pot peri peri king prawn & pea tortiglioni

Serve the one pot peri peri king prawn & pea tortiglioni
Season with a generous pinch of salt and pepper
