You'll also need

Vegetable oil, Salt, Pepper, Butter, Olive oil (or dietary alternatives)

Cooking instructions

Instructions for 2 [for 3] [for 4] portion recipe.

Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 200°C (fan)/ gas 7

Cut your potatoes (skins on) into chips

Add the chips to a baking paper-lined baking tray (or two!) with a drizzle of vegetable oil and a pinch of salt and pepper

Give everything a good mix up and put the tray[s] in the oven for 20-25 min or until golden and crisp

Add your chicken breast portion[s] to a chopping board, cover with cling film and bash with a rolling pin until flattened to approx. 1cm thickness

Add the flattened chicken to a baking paper-lined baking tray (or two!) with a drizzle of vegetable oil and season with a small pinch of salt and pepper

Add your chicken wings to the tray[s], put the tray[s] in the oven and cook for an initial 18-20 min or until the chicken is cooked through (no pink meat!) and the wings are slightly charred

Meanwhile, boil a little water in the kettle

Combine your soft cheese and balsamic sun-dried tomato paste in a bowl with a pinch of pepper and 1 tsp per person of your grated Italian hard cheese (you'll use the rest later!)

Add a small splash of boiled water and give it a good mix up – this is your marry me sauce

Slice your tomato[es] into rounds

Peel and finely slice (don't chop!) your garlic

Wash your salad and pat dry with kitchen paper

Combine the sliced garlic with a small knob of butter per person in a small bowl

Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 30-40 secs or until the butter is melted and hot – this is your garlic butter

Once the chicken is ready, remove the tray[s] from the oven

Top the chicken wings with your garlic butter – these are your garlic chilli wings

Spread most of the marry me sauce (save some for later!) over the cooked chicken and sprinkle over half the remaining grated Italian hard cheese (you'll use the rest later!) – this is your saucy chicken

Return the tray[s] to the oven for 4-5 min or until warmed through

Add your brioche halves to the baking tray[s] with the chips, cut side up, and put the tray[s] in the oven for 4-5 min or until warmed through

To build your burger, top a toasted brioche base with the remaining marry me sauce, a handful of salad, the sliced tomato and the saucy chicken, then top with the toasted brioche lid – this is your marry me chicken burger

Serve the chips and the remaining salad to the side with a small drizzle of olive oil

Serve the garlic chilli wings and sprinkle over the remaining grated Italian hard cheese – these are your garlic, cheese & chilli wings
