Toaster, microwave or kettle-friendly – this is dinner without the cooking. Toss your greens with prosciutto, mozzarella, garlicky croutons and roasted pepper before adding hot honey and digging in.

Before you begin, get all your ingredients and equipment ready

Skim through these steps, then wash your fruit and veg

You can only heat your food once, then enjoy straight away

Note: Microwave ovens vary. Make sure you heat food thoroughly (even if it takes you a little longer than 10 min)

Now, let's get started!

Add your sliced prosciutto to a plate and put in the microwave for 4-5 min, then set aside until serving to dry and crisp up – this is your crispy prosciutto

Tip: Check your sliced prosciutto every 30 secs to prevent it from burning, as microwave temperatures vary!

Meanwhile, peel your garlic

Wash your lettuce, then pat it dry with kitchen paper and roughly shred

Drain your mozzarella, then pat and squeeze as much liquid out as you can with kitchen paper

Tear the drained mozzarella into rough, bite-sized pieces

Wash your salad, then pat dry with kitchen paper

Combine your balsamic vinegar with a generous drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of pepper in a large bowl – this is your dressing

Drain your roasted red peppers

Add the drained roasted red peppers, torn mozzarella, salad and shredded lettuce to the bowl and toss – this is your dressed salad

Slice your ciabatta[s] in half and place in the toaster for 1-2 min or until warmed through

Rub the toasted ciabatta halves with the peeled garlic

Cut the garlicky ciabatta into small bite-size pieces - these are your garlicky croutons

Combine your honey and sriracha (can't handle the heat? Go easy!) in a small bowl – this is your hot honey

Serve the dressed salad and top with the garlicky croutons

Crumble over the crispy prosciutto and drizzle with the hot honey (not a fan of spice? Just add a little!)

Finish with a generous grind of pepper
