This flaky salmon is as delicious as it is easy. Bake your paprika-coated fish with potatoes and Tenderstem broccoli before smothering it in a tangy honey, garlic and lemon sauce to finish.

Before you begin...

This recipe takes around 5-10 min to prep, so get your ingredients ready, then wash your fruit and veg

Now, let's get started!

Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 200°C (fan)/ gas 7

Add your waxy potatoes to one half of a baking paper-lined tray with a drizzle of olive oil and a generous pinch of salt

Put the tray in the oven for an initial 15 min

Cooking for 3 or more? Use 2 trays!

Meanwhile, combine your roasted garlic paste and honey with the juice of your lemon[s], a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper – this is your honey garlic & lemon sauce

Pat your salmon fillet[s] dry with kitchen paper

Sprinkle your ground paprika over the salmon and rub it into all sides until evenly coated

Use this time to clear up, set the table, have a cup of tea or simply chill!

Once your potatoes have had an initial 15 min, remove the tray[s] from the oven and add your paprika salmon and your Tenderstem broccoli to the other side of the tray[s]

Season with a generous pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil

Put the tray[s] in the oven for a further 10 min

After 10 min, remove the tray[s] from the oven and spoon the honey, garlic & lemon sauce over the salmon and potatoes

Return the tray[s] to the oven for 4-5 min or until cooked through – this is your honey, garlic & lemon salmon tray bake with Tenderstem

Tip: Your fish is cooked once it turns opaque and flakes easily
