Cooking instructions
Instructions for 2 [for 3] [for 4] portion recipe.
Boil half a kettle
Heat a large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick) with a drizzle of vegetable oil over a high heat
Once hot, add your pork mince (remove the paper if required!) with a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 min or until beginning to brown, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as you go

While the pork is cooking, top, tail, peel and grate your carrot[s]

Once the pork is starting to brown, add your ginger & garlic paste and soy sauce and cook for a further 1-2 min or until fragrant

Once fragrant, add your hoisin sauce and 75ml [110ml] [150ml] boiled water and cook for 3-4 min or until thickened and the pork is cooked through (no pink meat!) – this is your hoisin pork

Meanwhile, wash your lettuce, then pat dry with kitchen paper and shred finely

Combine your white wine vinegar and mayo in a bowl with a generous grind of black pepper
Add the shredded lettuce and grated carrot with a drizzle of olive oil and mix it all together – this is your slaw

Add your tortillas to a plate and pop in the microwave for 20 secs on high or until warmed through

Load the warmed tortillas with the slaw and hoisin pork
Enjoy!
