Spend less time cooking and make dinner work around you.
Before you begin, get all your ingredients and equipment ready
Skim through these steps, then wash your fruit and veg
You can only heat your food once, then enjoy straight away
Note: Microwave ovens vary. Make sure you heat food thoroughly (even if it takes you a little longer than 10 min)

Now, let's get started!
Add your cooked white long grain rice to a heatproof bowl and gently separate the grains with a fork

Add your garden veg mix to the bowl, then cover the bowl with cling film and pierce a few holes in the top with a fork
Put the bowl in the microwave for 3-4 min or until piping hot
Once cooked, set aside and keep covered

Add a generous knob of butter to a separate heatproof bowl
Put the bowl in the microwave for 30 secs or until the butter is completely melted
Once melted, add your gochujang paste (can't handle the heat? Go easy!) and your roasted garlic paste, then stir to combine – this is your gochujang butter

Add your cooked prawns to the gochujang butter and give everything a mix up until fully coated
Put the bowl in the microwave for 1-2 min or until piping hot – this is your gochujang butter prawns

Trim, then slice your spring onion[s]

Add your soy sauce and toasted sesame oil to the rice with a pinch of salt and give everything a good mix up – this is your sesame rice & mixed veg

Serve the gochujang butter prawns over the sesame rice & mixed veg
Top with your toasted sesame seeds and the sliced spring onion
Enjoy!
