Creamy 'Nduja & Broccoli Pizza
This Italian classic is easy pizz-ey. You'll smother baked pizza bases with homemade tomato sauce swirled with creamy soft cheese, then scatter over mozzarella, Tenderstem broccoli and fiery 'Nduja. Dig in!

Cooking instructions
Instructions for 2 [for 3] [for 4] portion recipe.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/ 180°C (fan)/ gas 6
Put a large baking tray (or two!) in the oven to heat up (this will stop your pizza bottoms from going soggy!)
Add your tomato paste to a bowl with your dried oregano and a generous pinch of salt, pepper and 1 tsp [1 1/2 tsp] [2 tsp] sugar
Add 5 tbsp [7 1/2 tbsp] [10 tbsp] cold water and stir it all together – this is your tomato base

Add your soft cheese to a separate bowl with 2 tbsp [3 tbsp] [4 tbsp] cold water
Mix it all together until smooth – this is your creamy base

Drain your mozzarella, then pat and squeeze as much liquid out as you can with kitchen paper
Tear the drained mozzarella into rough, bite-sized pieces

Chop your Tenderstem broccoli in half lengthways

Remove the heated tray[s] from the oven and add the pizza bases
Divide the tomato base between the pizza bases and spread it evenly all over them with the back of a spoon
Dollop the creamy base over the pizza bases and lightly swirl into the tomato base

Top the bases with the torn mozzarella
Tear over your 'Nduja (can't handle the heat? Go easy!)
Top with the chopped Tenderstem broccoli and add a small drizzle of olive oil

Put the tray[s] in the oven for 13-15 min or until the cheese has melted and the bases are crisp
Once the pizzas are cooked, remove from the oven – these are your creamy 'Nduja & broccoli pizzas

Serve the creamy 'Nduja & broccoli pizzas seasoned with a generous pinch of black pepper
