Spend less time cooking and make dinner work around you.
Before you begin, get all your ingredients and equipment ready
Skim through these steps, then wash your fruit and veg
You can only heat your food once, then enjoy straight away
Note: Microwave ovens vary. Make sure you heat food thoroughly (even if it takes you a little longer than 10 min)

Now, let's get started!
Boil a kettle
Add your rice noodles to a bowl and cover with boiled water
Pop the bowl in the microwave for 3-4 min or until the noodles are soft

Meanwhile, wash your spinach

Once the noodles have softened, drain them over the spinach (save the bowl!) and set aside, reserving a cup of starchy noodle water

Dissolve your peanut butter in a small bowl with 2 tbsp [3 tbsp] [4 tbsp] reserved starchy noodle water
Once dissolved, add your ketjap manis and red chilli relish with half your chilli flakes (can't handle the heat? Go easy!) and a very generous pinch of salt

Pop the bowl in the microwave for 1 min or until the sauce has thickened – this is your satay sauce

Once everything is ready, add the cooked noodles & wilted spinach, satay sauce and your shredded cooked chicken to the reserved bowl
Season to taste and give everything a good mix up until well combined
Pop the bowl in the microwave for 30 secs - 1 min or until the chicken is warmed through – this is your chicken satay noodles
Tip: Add a splash of starchy noodle water if your sauce is looking a little dry!

Serve the chicken satay noodles and garnish with the remaining chilli flakes (not a fan of spice? Just add a little!)
Enjoy!
