Breakfast Bacon Naan With Red Chilli Relish & Mango Lassi
Start your day right with a bacon sarnie with Indian soul. Smoky rashers, fiery red chilli relish and soft cheese folded in warm naan and crowned with green chilli and coriander. Served with mango lassi to the side. Now, that's what we call breakfast.

Skim through these steps and get all your equipment ready, then wash your fruit and veg
Once done, simply dig in or wrap up ready for your day!
Now, let's get started!
Preheat the oven to 200ºC/ 180ºC (fan)/ gas 6
Add your smoked streaky bacon to a baking paper lined baking tray (or two!)
Put the tray[s] in the oven for 12-15 min or until golden and crispy
Chop your coriander roughly, including the stalks
Slice your green chilli[es] finely
Tip: Not a fan of spice? Remove the seeds!
When the bacon is almost ready, add your naan[s] to a separate baking tray
Put the tray in the oven for 3 min or until the bread is hot
Spread your soft cheese over the warmed naan[s]
Drizzle over your red chilli relish
Season with a generous grind of black pepper
Serve the crispy bacon over the soft cheese and red chilli relish naan
Top with the chopped coriander and chilli rounds – this is your breakfast bacon naan with red chilli relish
Serve your mango lassi to the side
Once done, simply dig in or wrap up ready for your day!
