Ingredients for 2 people

250g British lamb mince

Before you begin...

Get all your ingredients and equipment ready

Skim through these steps, then wash your fruit and veg

Note: Equipment and pan sizes vary. Make sure you cook food thoroughly (even if it takes you a little longer than 10 mins)

Now, let's get started!

Heat a large, dry, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick) over a high heat

Once hot, add the lamb mince, crumble in 1/2 [1] Knorr beef stock cube and cook for 1 min, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as you go

Add the roasted garlic paste, dried oregano, cinnamon and tomato paste and cook for 1 min further or until fragrant

Once fragrant, add the spinach to the pan and cook for 1 min or until wilted

Meanwhile, squeeze the pouch[es] of the steamed white basmati rice to separate the grains

Tear the top corner of the pouch[es] (just a little!) and microwave for 2 min or until piping hot

Tip: If you're cooking two pouches, pop them in together but increase the microwave cook time accordingly

Chop the tomato[es] roughly

Add the steamed white basmati rice to the pan with the black olives and give everything a good mix up – this is your warming Greek lamb rice

Set the warming Greek lamb rice in the centre of the table, ready to share

Top with the chopped tomato and crumble over the feta
